Take care of the environment and your baby's skin with Simply Pure

Being a new mum means lots of joy and lots of new challenges, not least endless washing to make sure your precious new baby's blankets and clothes are kept clean and soft. And since babies' skin is sensitive, choosing the right washing powder is an important decision.

Simply Washing is the laundry detergent range which gets your washing squeaky clean and makes a difference to the environment without it costing you the earth. Comprising three formulas - Active, Sensitive and Pure - Simply Washing is the UK's only laundry brand to have an EU Eco-label licence, officially guaranteeing environmental responsibility.

As one of the highest performing laundry products you can buy, with Simply Washing you are guaranteed the 'whitest of white' results.

Simply's individually packaged doses of powder dissolve instantly on contact with water, so that the wash process begins immediately, which means less water is needed. They also perform strongly at low temperatures and on shorter wash cycles.

Simply Pure is designed specifically for babies and those with very sensitive skin. It uses a hypoallergenic, eco-smart formulation, which doesn't use perfume or optical brighteners so it's guaranteed to be kind to both your newborn's delicate skin and the environment!

I have uses simply's washing powdwer for over 18 months, they were on offer at my local sainsbury's - I think I bought the store out. I love the idea of being able to get all of my washing done safe in the knowledge that as well as getting cleaning clothes I am not harming the environment. I am not an eco warrior but I believe every little helps (pls forgive the shameless rip off of Tesco's tagline).

We are expecting our second little bundle of joy in June. Choosing the best washing powder can be hard as we found with our first child. Unfortunatley its often too late if you picked the wrong one at first. This range 'simply' sounds ideal and a 'must have' - will definitely try it out :)

Our Baby is due in February 2010 and this would be a fantastic prize as not only have we both got sensitive skin, the cost is also mounting up and my Husband has had his hours reduced at work (due to the credit crunch). The product also sounds like the best thing you could use to not damage a Babys skin.
added by kell73 [Mon 30th Nov 2009 @ 11:29:19]
This product sounds perfect for me as I am expecting my first child and trying to decide on the best products to use for my baby. What could be better than sensitive for my baby while being good for the environment. I can't loose with this product.

I already use Simply and LOVE it. I used to use another very well known eco brand but I so much prefer the scent of this product and it gets our clothes beautifully clean. You should switch to it anyway. It comes in tab form so it's a no mess product and you are left with superb pots afterwards for keeping pens etc in.
added by mumofjohn [Mon 2nd Nov 2009 @ 10:52:38]
Babies grow so quickly, so it is so important to actively enjoy every minute--even when you are tired and run off your feet.
Just remember they won't always be so little, and one day you may look back and wish you could cherish those precious times again.
A good, pure washing powder simply saves time and satisfies your desire for the best for your little one

Simply Washing Powder, in my opinion, is the very best on the market for new borns. Thank you for the opportunity you have given us. Fingers crossed - we need this one!
added by mariawi [Mon 19th Oct 2009 @ 11:00:06]
i could do with this supply, especially the amount of washing me and my family get through. And it would be nice to do something for the environment
added by shayna [Mon 19th Oct 2009 @ 10:59:53]
We used washable nappies with our little boy, which are wonderful, now his little brother is due we're about to start over again! we've tried loads of washing products & it would be good to find one kinder to the environment which works well.
added by Rosiemum [Mon 19th Oct 2009 @ 10:59:37]
I use this washing powder anyway. I think it's great and would love a years supply. I used to use "washing balls" as I have eczema but hubby not convinced they work. I have tried loads of different eco and skin kind type powders and he complains about them all. This one he finally likes.

I genuinely would recommend it
added by EmilysMummy [Mon 19th Oct 2009 @ 10:59:27]
Pregnant with our 3rd child, i'm already doing at least a load of washing a day, and no doubt this will increase once the next baby is here. I would love to use eco-friendly products as they are better for the environment and for my family's skin but they are more expensive and when shopping on a budget for a family of 4 (soon to be 5) I just can't justify the extra cost at this stage. I would love to use a product like Simply Pure!
added by round2 [Mon 19th Oct 2009 @ 10:59:10]
I think this product is an excellent concept for the environment and our babies.
