An entire chapter is devoted to the expectant father or partner, and information is also included on maternity leave and benefits.

Plus, look out for listed in the Help section!

This guide will help ease all first time mothers' uncertainties and will provide all of those involved in the pregnancy with a sound knowledge of what to expect and how to prepare for birth.

Author Jo Johnson is a mother of two and a nurse with nine years of nursing experience in gynaecology, obstetrics and fertility.

Thanks for running this competition! :) My husband & I have been trying for a baby since Jan 2006. We've just come through 3.5 years of IUI, IVF & ICSI treatment to discover that we're finally pregnant with our first child! Due 25 March 2010 - It would be wonderful to win this book & learn about what we are going through; experiencing and what to expect - (it's quite a daunting / frightening @ times!)
