Baby reins

Advice on what to look for when buying baby or toddler reins, plus the opportunity to purchase a range of children's walking reins.

Discuss baby reins on our forums, right now! Or, post a comment below.

Baby reins are designed to keep your toddler safe when walking out and about.

Reins come in different shapes and sizes. Firstly a wrist link, which goes around the child's wrist and is attached to the adults' wrist by an adjustable length of webbing or leather.

Also available are safety harnesses, which have a strap over each shoulder and around the middle, with a clip at the back and a loop of the same material at the back for the adult to hold onto. Some have a decorative breastplate with a picture on it or in the shape of an animal, others have printed straps.

A harness and reins can also be used for keeping your child safe in a pushchair or highchair.
