This is a bit random but, I have one of them fake candle arches and have put it in front of my net curtain so the net curtain is now touching the bulbs. Im worried that the bulb will get too hot and catch light to the curtain, would it or am I being over dramatic??!!!

i would pin the net up a bit so its not touching better to be safe than sorry eh?  |

Im glad Im not the only one then!! Im so paranoid espch as its a rented property!!!
Last week I went out and forgot to turn the tree lights off, when I got back I was like, Oh my god I so could of burnt the house down!!!!

I am so paranoid about everything. I have to make sure everything is turned off before I go to bed. Last night I sent OH downstairs to check I had switched the microwave off.

I switched our tree lights on in my lunch hour last week and couldnt remember turning them off, I was a nervous wreck until OH went home and checked they were off.

i had a similar question bout decorations on a fiber optic tree lol!! but googled it and found optic lights is a cold light they dont heat up.. but id deffo move it from ur nets my gran made that mistake a few moons ago and the whole thing went up in 1 wee puff!
