Pregnancy week 25

Foetus development at week 25 of being pregnant - You may want to think about starting shopping for baby items, see www.AskBaby.com for advice on what to buy.

You

You may want to think about starting shopping for baby items, see www.AskBaby.com for advice on what to buy. Now may be a good time to check out what antenatal classes are available to you. If you have swelling, severe headaches, visual disturbances or dizziness, call your midwife or GP at once.

Your baby

Now your baby can hear and may be able to recognise you and your partner's voice, some experts think it may be beneficial to sing or play music to her. The cells which develop conscious thought are now developing too. The connections between your baby's brain are also developing, especially those that are responsible for sensations, emotional, perception and thinking. This means that your baby will be starting to remember things and learn from her repeated experiences in the womb.
