The 36-year-old has shunned the celebrity trend to sell her baby's photographs in a lucrative magazine deal and released her own pictures for free.
It is reported that Ms Kaplinsky turned down an offer of £500,000 with a popular magazine and opted for the independent black and white pictures.
The baby was born at a London hospital at 08:30 am last Thursday morning.

He is Ms Kaplinsky's first child with her investment banker husband Justin Bower, whom she married in 2005.
High flyer Ms Kaplinsky controversially left her job at the BBC earlier this year in order to take up a position at Channel Five, where she is reportedly paid £1 million a year.
In her prolific career, Ms Kaplinsky has almost made a complete tour of the British news circuit.
She was first asked to read the early morning news bulletins at ITV Meridian in 1997, before moving on to ITV London, Sky News, BBC Breakfast and the broadcaster's Six O'clock News.
Ms Kaplinsky moved to Channel Five in February and announced her pregnancy just six weeks later.
She is also well known for taking part in the BBC celebrity competition, Strictly Come Dancing, which she won in 2004.
