Even when Ryan's cousins come over dummies seem to get mixed up so I can really appreciate the need for this in a daycare situation, especially as i'm a bit of a clean freak and wouldn't really like the thought of him sucking on another child's dummy. The dummies themselves appear to be good quality and have stood up well to my 'cleaning regime' with no sign of wear or tear so far. However, I'd have to say that if I were to use them in an 'out of the house' situation i'd probably prefer to have a symbol or nickname printed on them rather than Ryan's name although I can appreciate that if you had twins named dummies could be a complete godsend. All in all I'd have to say that if you regularly use dummies it would be well worth investing in some personalised ones as they're no more expensive than a regular high quality dummy and will help make sure that your baby comes home from childcare, nursery or even a friend's house with the dummy they left with.
