Bubbly TV presenter Holly Willoughby has become a mum for the first time after giving birth yesterday afternoon (May 11th).

The 28-year-old Dancing on Ice host and her husband of almost two years, Dan Baldwin, welcomed son Harry James at 13:18 BST, a representative announced.

"Mother and baby are doing well," Holly's manager confirmed. Baby Harry weighed in at a healthy seven pounds and four ounces.

This Morning presenter and Holly's Dancing on Ice co-host Phillip Schofield congratulated the couple on Twitter, saying: "I'm really thrilled for them both. They're going to be brilliant parents."

The former presenter of children's programme Ministry of Mayhem revealed the pregnancy while filming The Xtra Factor alongside celebrity judges Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh in November last year.

Holly and Dan tied the knot in West Sussex in August 2007, with celebrity friends Fearne Cotton and Sarah Cawood as bridesmaids and Dermot O'Leary serving as an usher on the big day.

Previously talking about her family planning, Holly said she has always wanted to be a young mum.
