I haven't a clue what nappies to buy my first born. I thought I would enter this competition to see how good they are before I purchased them. Honest answer from a clueless first time mum!!! :)

i am a mom of a five old baby girl, i have recently change from onother brand of nappies to huggies, since i have started using huggies, my baby and i are getting good night sleep because huggies keep my baby dry all night long, so i nolonger have to wake up in the middle of the night to change nappies, i would definetly recommend it to other mothes because they are affodable and last long.
by mcooleni 11th Jun 2010, 5:28pm
Your Baby Forum. I'm a mom of an eight month old baby. I use Huggies gold nappies. I will recommend that mothers out there should try it it is so fantastic, you don't have to wake up many times in the night changing your baby nappy. The bums stay dry the whole time. I won't change it for anything else.

by icentia 7th Jan 2009, 8:52am
I started to use huggies on my 10 week old daughter pretty much straight from the off and I have found them excellant. They don't allow any leaks or spills and she seems to like them aswell!!! Would love to win a 3 month supply because.... well...... who wouldn't!!
by aegalway 9th Oct 2008, 9:24am
We gave them a go. Honestly, what a difference. The fit is superb and the fasteners on these nappies are so much better, they have made the sticky part narrower and so there is no chaffing to the legs when she is on the wriggle! A "Super-Flex, Super-Dry" nappy looks much more padded than a Pampers Active Fit nappy. Down the insides there is a blue elasticated strip which, once nappy ...

On the outside of the nappy, they look quite interesting to babies as they have little animals printed on them. The inner lining seems to be quite thick with cotton wool or whatever the material is. This certainly absorbs plenty of moisture, allowing my baby to sleep well throughout the night. They fasten with ease, even when the little one is wriggling like hell. The nappies must be comfortable as my baby does'nt ever seem to be otherwise.
To sum up, my baby seems happy, so I am happy. Disposable nappies are not cheap, but these seem to do the job which is surely the most important thing!

Huggies are getting better all the time
by susiequ 23rd Jan 2008, 12:00pm
Being a first time mum,I was given advise by different mums as to do and what not to do. I decided early on that I was going to do it my way. So when I decided on what nappy to use I went for Huggies. The fit my little girl like a glove and now that I am using the Super-Dry they really do work. They keep her dry all nite long and when she is changed in the morning she her skin is not damp and also she has never had a nappy rash compared to other children that have used other brands of nappies that I have heard of. I totally recommend Huggies to every one now.

Having just gone part-time due to ill-health I've recently been scrimping on the stores own brand. I'm sure as an early Christmas luxury my daughter would love to go back to having Huggies, the best brand on the market, on her bot so fingers crossed!

I love huggies nappies! Everyone I know swears by them, my mother used them on my little brothers and wouldn't use anything else. My sister in law uses them on my niece and if I won 3 months of nappies I would give them to her as she has just moved house and finances are tight, I think it would be the best christmas present she has received since having children :) Plus my niece really appreciates the 12 hour dryness, means no more sore bottom lol
by c9586 28th Nov 2007, 9:32am

Im a young mum-to-be and me and my partner have no idea what is to come. All these comments have helped us a lot. Huggies have been recommended to us by other people, but hearing it from 'baby specialists' makes us a lot more confident. Thanks for all your tips.

Have tried lots of different brands of nappy with my 12month old son. nothing comes close to huggies for comfort, fit, and dryness. Wont look at another brand.

I just love Huggies! I tried pampers with my 1st child and didnt think they were very effective, especially as she started getting older. Now my 2nd baby is due i will definately be using huggies and would recommend them to any first time mums.
