Free NCT 'Mums the Word' DVD

The NCT have released a brand new DVD packed with parenting advice and tips that you can get for free - find out how.

Leading parenting charity NCT have today released a brand new DVD created especially for new Mums and the best part is it's completely free.

According to the press release the DVD is designed to give new Mums the confidence to be the "Mum they want to be", taking a different approach to the usual 'how to look after your baby' focus favoured by many parenting films.

As the first of it's kind the DVD follows one Mum's story right from when she gives birth. It explains realistically how she learns to cope with the demands of being a new parent, addressing issues such as breastfeeding, the effect of a baby on your relationship and maternity rights and benefits along the way. It's also packed full of 'tried and tested' tips to help you adjust to, and enjoy life with a new baby.
